Founder, Best Service AI

I'm Rodessa Castor, most people call me Ressa. I founded Best Service AI to give Gulf Coast small businesses the same automation tools the big national chains use, at a price a local business can actually afford.

My job is simple to describe and hard to do well: make sure your business never misses a customer, whether that customer calls at 2pm or 2am. I build the AI systems that answer your phone, respond to your leads, and keep your reputation strong, so you can focus on the work only you can do.

From Banking to AI

My background is unusual for the AI space. I spent nearly 20 years in banking before changing careers to focus on artificial intelligence. That experience is the reason I'm good at this work — not a detour from it.

Two decades in financial services taught me how small businesses actually operate, how fragile customer trust is, and exactly what it costs when a single missed call walks out the door or hangs up the phone. I don't approach automation as a tech experiment. I approach it the way a banker approaches a client's money: carefully, transparently, and with their long-term interest first.

Trained in Responsible AI

I completed the AI & Data Science Program: Leveraging Responsible AI, Data and Statistics for Practical Applications through MIT IDSS ,the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Institute for Data, Systems, and Society, in partnership with Great Learning. The "Responsible AI" part matters most. When you hand a business your customer calls and data, you should know the person building your systems was trained to handle that data ethically, securely, and the right way. That's the foundation under every Voice AI receptionist, AI Chat Wizard, and Answer Engine Optimization strategy I deliver.

Rooted on the Gulf Coast

I've called Gulf Breeze, Florida home for nearly 10 years. I'm a mom to two young girls, and when I'm not designing AI systems you'll usually find me traveling, diving, or exploring a new corner of the coast with my family. Best Service AI isn't a faceless agency in another state — it's a local business helping local businesses. Supporting the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze community is how my family gives back to a place that's given us so much.
